A: The enrollment fee is your one-time setup cost to get started. The monthly fee is what you pay as we work on your credit every month — no contracts, just progress.

 

Q: Are there hidden fees?

A: Absolutely not. However, a small processing 3% surcharge will be added onto your monthly fee. Full transparency is provided before any work begins.

 

Q: Do you offer payment plans or Sezzle?

A: No. We believe in financial accountability, and payment plans do not align with our brand values. We’re confident in our value and our pricing.

 

Q: Do I get to speak with a real person?

A: Yes! You’ll never be left in the dark. We are a real company with real people — here to support you every step of the way.

 

Q: What if I’ve already tried credit repair and it didn’t work?
